What’s the Cause? Poor Movement.

Poor movement means your body (the muscles, joints, organs, nerves, blood vessels, even skin) doesn’t glide the way it should. Poor movement means joints are twisted, pulled out of normal movement, and fluids of your body don’t flow as well as they should.

Poor movement means many areas of your body are overworked, stressed, and damaged, as you go about the activities of your day.

That’s what Vitality in Motion and Physical Freedom are all about.

Yoga, fitness, etc. are all good, but they still miss the fundamental components of good, quality movement and too many people are strong but still hurting, or stiff, or just not quite good enough.

Vitality in Motion is Designed to Address the Components of Quality Movement That Are Being Missed Elsewhere.

These components are:

Structural movement and glide of tissues

Hands-on treatment will address the built-up restrictions in your body that are making it impossible for you to move well - and self-care practice will give you the confidence to know how to help yourself no matter what issue is showing up


Awareness of Integrated, whole-body movement

Sitting up straight and tucking your pelvis are causing as many problems as they’re trying to fix - good posture shouldn’t be such an effort - learn how to find and recognize better, more efficient movement with a practice that will build you into a higher quality mover


Foundational, “Core” Movement

Rebuild the core strength, stability, and adaptability that make you truly capable and resilient in movement and activity (fitness training, yoga, Pilates, etc. are good but still miss too much)

“I’m going to be honest, I was pretty skeptical at first with what Michael and Charity were telling me was possible. I’d been dealing with a pinched nerve in my shoulder that was also affecting my neck, arm, sleep, etc. I was getting pretty frustrated with not being able to tilt my head back to finish the last of my drinks, it was that bad.
