How does Vitality in Motion approach movement differently?

Hands-on myofascial release treatment will address the built-up restrictions in your body that are making it impossible for you to move well. Meanwhile, self-care practice will give you the confidence to know how to help yourself no matter what issues arise.


Awareness of Integrated, whole-body movement

You’ll receive a personalized treatment plan and 1:1 sessions with your therapist at our Salt Lake City myofascial release practice. These will include hands-on treatment plus time to ask questions and refine the provided practices and exercises based on your needs.

Lessons, Concepts & Exercise

Enjoy access to exclusive lessons, practices, and exercises shared via video tutorials and written guides. In just 30 minutes a day, you’ll learn how to start decreasing your pain and stiffness and improving your quality of movement—all while shifting your perspective on your body and overall wellness.

Small Group Community Support

We’ll meet as a group biweekly via Zoom for additional perspective and inspiration. Members can also turn to our online forum to share the good, the bad, and the ugly about their journey. Learn and grow from those who have been through similar obstacles and shifts.

“I’m going to be honest, I was pretty skeptical at first with what Michael and Charity were telling me was possible. I’d been dealing with a pinched nerve in my shoulder that was also affecting my neck, arm, sleep, etc. I was getting pretty frustrated with not being able to tilt my head back to finish the last of my drinks, it was that bad.
