And if it’s hasn’t been years yet, don’t wait until it has been! Contrary to common wisdom, rest and waiting are not the best solutions for back pain.
Besides, what would you be (or are you already) missing out on in the meantime? That extra round of golf? Getting down to some serious play and fun? Messing around with, or just plain handling (grand)kids? Or work? Putting up with back pain is seriously detrimental to work and getting ahead too, even if it’s a desk job…
Hi, I’m Michael Sudbury. I specialize in helping people out of pain that has frustrated all other attempts at resolution. What makes what I do different? My approach gets to the fundamental issue that is keeping you from the pain-free, active lifestyle you want.
Every approach out there is aimed at the pain, the spot that’s breaking down. Or at a few “weak” or tight muscles that supposedly need to do a better job. Or, even worse, blaming your weight.
These approaches give temporary relief. They’re even quite good at that part...for a while.
The trouble with it all is this: The spot that hurts isn’t the problem!
The spot that hurts is being overwhelmed by distorted and restricted tissues around it. Those weak or tight muscles are weakened and tightened because of the context of the rest of the body around them, not because you’re lazy! Discs are being herniated, nerves pinched, and vertebrae and ribs pulled out of place because of distortions and excessive tensions caused by restricted movement of tissues in the rest of the body.
I’m not getting into a lesson about it all here, but our culture’s approach to long term health and bodies that move well and feel good even into later years...is sorely, sorely lacking.
I’ve had so many conversations where it’s obvious that a real shift in approach is needed…
It’s hard not to get frustrated myself, actually.
But I was there too, once.
The short of it is, if you’ve been living in chronic back pain, I really, really hope you’ll take a look at this report – so much so that I’m making it available for no charge at all.
It’s a simple first step to making that shift in approach, and to greatly improving the results you’ve been experiencing.
In my report, I’ve put together a few simple steps that will start to address your back pain, helping you sleep and feel better. These are steps that have benefited all the other people I’ve helped out of their chronic back pain.
Now, I can’t promise that any one or even all of them will work for your particular situation, or that what has worked for so many others will absolutely work for you…
But reading this report has got to be better than spending another day resting, accepting it, thinking it’s “your age,” or even worse, masking it with painkillers…
If your back pain is affecting your job, threatening your independence or your family time, then it’s time to act – you need to read this free report.
I want you to imagine what life will be like in five years if you don’t address your back pain now.
How will your back pain affect your job? Your preservation of self-worth and your independence? Will you be a fun person to be with? Or, even live with? Ok, you get my drift…
